To get started, complete our contact form (www.silverbulletsr.com/contact-us) and share your event details. We’ll follow up promptly to answer your questions, confirm availability, and guide you through the next steps. To officially reserve your date, a signed rental agreement and a 50% deposit are required. The remaining balance is due fourteen (14) days prior to your event. A refundable damage deposit is also required to cover any potential damage to the trailer during the event.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak seasons.

This Silver Bullet SR Airstream must be positioned within 50 feet of a standard 110-volt household outlet. Our standard setup uses less than 10 amps of power. If you would like the air conditioning running during your event, we will need access to an additional dedicated circuit within 50 feet. The Airstream’s air conditioner operates on a separate electrical line and requires its own 20-amp dedicated circuit. If you’re unsure about your venue’s power access, we’re happy to review it with you in advance.

No power? No problem. We offer both gas and solar generator options that can be added to your rental for an additional fee. Based on your event needs, including lighting, air conditioning, and duration, we’ll recommend the best generator option to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Our base pricing reflects the setup that occurs 1 hour before the service start time. A surcharge may apply if an earlier setup is required.

The Airstream is 20'8" long, 7'2" wide, and 80" height. The capacity is 16 people confortable seated.

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to the event, as outlined in your rental agreement.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your event, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. For cancellations made 60 days or more before your event, we will do our best to rebook the date. If we are able to secure another booking, you may receive a refund of up to 100% of payments made. If the date is not rebooked, 50% of payments received will be refunded. For cancellations made within 59 days of the event, a 50% refund may be issued only if the date is successfully rebooked. If we are unable to rebook the date, payments made are non-refundable. Any eligible refunds will be processed promptly after a replacement booking is confirmed. We’re always happy to discuss rescheduling options whenever possible.
